Brief History and Role
The Kosovo Appraisers Association (KAA) was formed in August 2009 to establish appraisal standards, prepare individuals through education for an examination to secure a license and increase the overall level of professionalism in the appraisal sector in the country.
Principal Activities
Establishment of valuation standards for Kosovo, rules and regulations to control the licensing, and education of individuals to become valuers by passing an examination to secure a license and then provide continuing education for retention of licenses. We will also work with local universities to establish a faculty in real estate and appraisal.
