Brief History and Role

Founded in 1958, CNEI is the oldest French grouping of independent and judicial valuers specialised in real estate and construction.

The Association represents more than 200 independent valuers of France and oversees departments and territories (DOM TOM) with the objective of promoting the valuation profession and ensure the communication of knowledge between its members.

The organs of the association are represented by: the president, two vice-presidents, the Executive Committee composed by the secretary general and his deputy, the treasurer, the management agent (syndic) and his deputy and the Board of Directors (8 members).

TEGoVA France


The French TEGoVA member associations AFREXIM, CEF, CEIF-FNAIM, CNEI, CSN, IFEI and SNPI formed TEGoVA FRANCE. Its main goal is to work together to persue and defend common interests.
